The comfortable bedroom includes 2 queen beds, a wall-sized closet with plenty of hangers, two luggage holders, an oversized ceiling fan, and a second 43" Smart HDTV with Roku. The nightstand and alarm clock offer several USB charging ports for your electronic devices. The bedroom window offers a room-darkening shade and overlooks the river, providing a naturescape that is free from the sounds or sights of traffic. Air conditioning is provided from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The spacious kitchen has tons of natural light and is well-equipped for making all your meals. The expandable table provides a wonderful place to gather and enjoy meals and conversation. Coffee and sugar are provided for brewing with the Keurig. Additional features include modern appliances: a dishwasher, electric oven/range, microwave, air fryer/toaster, stainless refrigerator with ice-maker/filtered water, and a double sink. Sip your coffee from the patio overlooking the river as you plan the day's adventures! The "game room" offers river views through the oversized glass window. It features air hockey and poker tables, table and board games, along with room-darkening curtains and a daybed couch that can be used for sleeping or napping comfortably. Also available are two portable and very comfortable REI Kingdom Cots (check them out online). These cots can sleep individuals up to 300 pounds! This space provides an excellent, indoor alternative when the weather is uncooperative and can double as an additional place to sleep! The clean, sanitized bathroom offers a full-size bathtub and includes a high pressure, rain-maker shower head! A washing machine and an electric dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen area. Tide pods are provided and stored safely out of reach from children. Our paved and plowed parking lot provides safe and spacious off-street parking for vehicles and trailers of all sizes. Guests will have exclusive use of the second floor apartment and patio, along with access to our private beach on the Androscoggin River. The hand-made Adirondack chairs offer a wonderful place to take in the natural sights and sounds of the gateway to The Great North Woods. Feel free to relax and recharge by the riverside fire pit. This property borders the Androscoggin River and includes a beach with fire pit.
