Simple & stylish 1 bedroom stay in Chilcompton with en-suite, hot tub and games room including pool table. Sole and exclusive use of hot tub and games room without time restrictions. Note- During periods of high winds the privacy screens will not be permanently erected however privacy and security is guaranteed and unaffected. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac. Designated parking with private entrance. Local shops and country pubs (The Reddan and The Wagon) in walking distance and highly recommended. The space Guests have their own private entrance to the light and airy annex space. The upper staircase leads to double bedroom and en suite area, this includes a TV, hairdryer, wardrobe, and basic refreshments such as tea and coffee are provided. You will find the annex super clean and safe. The lower staircase leads to a games room including pool table, darts board, TV and fridge. Beer kegs available on request at extra charge. The hall way exits onto a patio area with small table and chairs, leading to a raised area with hot tub. Guest access Check-in time can be discussed and flexible around cleaner availability I am usually next door in the connecting house. I am happy to welcome all of my guests when they arrive and answer any questions. However, there is also a key safe available. You keep your own key during your stay and then you are free to come and go as you please. Other things to note The property is sold use, no areas are shared. There is an abundance of nature to explore nearby.
