This comfortable two-bedroom home has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Byron Bay. It's located close to surfing & swimming in clear water & white sand; so close you can doze off to the soothing sounds of the surf. The air-conditioned family room has dining, lounges, smart TV and WIFI. The rear patio has a four-seat outdoor setting, fan, hammock, and views the huge rear native garden. Sleeps 4 guests in 2 double beds. Airbnb stipulates guests must be over 25 unless in a family. The space The house is in a quiet residential area. Our rear neighbours are koalas, wallabies and birdlife. Outside is an induction cooker. Daybed and a hammock to laze on. Huge native garden with paths. The outside shower in side garden. Frog pond. Unlimited WIFI with download of over 50MBS and upload over 18 MBS. Not suitable for young children as there is no rear fence and there is a frog pond and a water course close by. Each bedroom has all linen supplied, ceiling fans, plenty of storage and desks to sit laptops on. The kitchen has everything you need to self-cater at home including dishwasher, microwave, coffee plungers. The bathroom has night light, towels, antibacterial soap, hair dryer. Off-street parking. An easy stroll to the supermarket, pharmacy, bottle shops, pub with bistro, cafes and restaurants. Byron's Arts and Industrial Estate with brewery, restaurants and cafes is only few hundred metres away. There are gyms and yoga studios close by. The nearest beach is 2 minutes by car, 15 on foot. Byron Town and Main Beach is 3.5km. The bus is 100 metres and Byron's Famous Electric Train is 3 minutes away. Outside shower for rinsing off after the beach.
