The West Wing is an annex of Moorlands, Llangennith, on the western tip of the Gower Peninsular, Britain’s first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the first area of South Wales to secure the accolade from DarkSky International. A self contained suite, with glorious sea views, free parking. solar panels (both for hot water and electricity), heating is powered by an air source heat pump. Sorry, no pets The space An annex of the main house, consisting of 1 double bedroom with TV and Fire stick. Kitchenette/diner with microwave, mini fridge and induction hob; this room contains a double sofa bed and fire TV, with a view of Worms Head and Burry Holms. A wonderful space to enjoy magnificent views. Walk in shower, WC and basin. Suitable for small families, couples and sole travellers. Ideally situated between two outstanding sandy beaches, popular for surfing and wind/kite surfing. The local area is perfect for exploring Gower, whether on foot, bicycle or car. Half an hours drive to Swansea’s new arena and approximately an hour to the Welsh National Botanical Gardens. Guest access Access is via steps to the side of the property. Alongside the accommodation, guests have a private sun deck, complete with table and chairs, and full use of the front garden which consists of a hardstanding, lawn, and pond, with fantastic sea views. Guests have an allocated off road parking space at the bottom of the steps leading to the garden. Other things to note There are two dogs and a cat living in the main house. They don’t have access to the West Wing unless invited in. The property is situated next door to a working farm and there may be farm vehicles operating throughout the day, and the occasional sheep!
