On the second floor of the building is Vinnie, an 1,100 square foot apartment also designed for a luxury 2-person getaway. Vinnie features the same attention to detail, careful outfitting and deluxe furnishings as Ernie with views that are just as amazing. For two couples, booking Vinnie and Ernie provides together time when you want it .. and space when you need it. Guest access The Ernie is located on the third floor of a three-story building (the view is worth every step) and is equipped for two guests; for additional guests, be sure to look at Vinnie, the apartment one floor down which also sleeps 2. Either is an ideal location for music lovers in town for a concert, guests attending a wedding, visitors looking to extend their Outer Banks vacation or for a last minute weekend getaway any time of year. Upon check-in, we will send you a 4-digit entry code that will unlock the touch screen keypad. Parking is available for guests of Ernie on-the-street or we have a designated space in a private parking lot right across Sir Walter Raleigh Street beside Ortegaz Restaurant. Other things to note Ernie is on the third floor of this building but the 49 steps to get there are well worth the views and location. We have designed and outfitted the apartment for two and only two adults. We cannot make accommodations for extra guests or children as it is not planned for the younger set nor is it child-proofed. We love our pets, but we cannot allow them in the unit. These decisions were not made lightly so please understand they are part of the rules and we do not sway from them.
