Designed with care by an international interior designer, it’s a bright and peaceful space with high ceilings, big windows, and calming tones. You’ll find a comfy bed, a custom kitchen with everything you need, and a quiet view of the courtyard—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or settling in to work with ease. The space When you arrive at the apartment, you step into a welcoming entrance area with plenty of storage and a large mirror that instantly opens up the space. From there, the studio unfolds into a beautifully designed retreat, created by an international interior designer from Colombia. Calming blue tones and muted colors set a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. High ceilings and large windows flood the apartment with natural light while offering a quiet view into the inner courtyard—so you can enjoy both brightness and privacy. The open living and sleeping area is thoughtfully arranged: a comfortable bed for restful nights, a built-in wardrobe for all your belongings, a flat-screen TV for cozy evenings, and a pair of armchairs to settle into with a book or a coffee. A versatile table by the window makes an ideal spot for dining, working, or simply taking in the calm surroundings. The kitchen is custom-built and fully equipped with modern appliances, including everything you need to cook at home. A discreetly covered window adds natural light to the space, keeping it bright yet private. The bathroom feels like a little touch of luxury, finished with marble-effect tiles imported from Italy. It features a full washing machine for your convenience, making longer stays easy. With its thoughtful details, serene design, and balance of comfort and practicality, this studio is more than just a place to sleep—it’s a quiet home in the heart of the city where you can truly relax, recharge, and feel at ease. Other things to note A fresh set of towels and a freshly made bed are always provided at the start of your stay! If needed, we can also arrange extra cleaning at €30 per hour, and an additional full set of towels and bed linen is available for €20. Transport connections: You’re very well connected to public transport. Tram lines 43 and 44 to the city center stop right outside the building, and bus line 13A to the main train station is also easily accessible. The U6 metro at Alserstraße station is only a 5-minute walk away. Nearby amenities: Within walking distance along Alserstraße, you’ll find grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops, and restaurants—everything you might need during your stay. Check-in: We are flexible with check-in and check-out times. Just reach out, and we’ll arrange a convenient appointment. Either I or a close friend will meet you at the apartment, hand over the keys, and show you everything you need to know about the space and the area. If no one is available, we can also arrange a “key safe” self-check-in. You will receive an information sheet with all the details about the apartment and self-check-in instructions.
