Horseback Riders' House

Pleasant house located in the countryside in a small horse farm 5 minutes from the Haras and the Lion d'Angers racecourse and 25 minutes from downtown Angers. Ideal for competition riders or companions. The space You will be welcomed here as if you were at home in the heart of a small horse farm. Guest access Just for you upstairs, a large bedroom with a double bed facing south with views of small woods and meadows. Possibility to add an extra armchair for a child or small adult. You will have a large private bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bathtub, and a separate toilet. (Towels are not provided, please provide them). The second smaller bedroom is equipped with a single bed. The beds are made upon arrival, except for the armchair bed for which a sleeping bag will be required. The shared space is the kitchen on the ground floor where you can use the microwave oven and kettle and a compartment of the refrigerator. Other things to note The accommodation, including the balcony and outdoor areas, is strictly non-smoking. I have 2 boxes, a secure paddock and a 30x50 sand quarry for your horse.
