Bedroom no.1 is lockable, has a king size bed, desk & chair. The bathroom is on the same floor, is communal and is shared with 2 other bedrooms. Albany is a 6 bedroomed Victorian townhouse set in Albany Road, Southsea. Albany Road is well positioned close to the Albert Rd & Palmerston Rd entertainment areas that host a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Within walking distance lies Southsea Common & Seafront (approx 15 min), Gunwharf Quays shopping complex & Old Portsmouth (approx 20 min). The space The accommodation is only available in August. The house is more commonly used as a student house for the rest of the year. The house is professionally cleaned prior to the August rental period. The kitchen/lounge/diner is communal and is located in the basement of the property with access to an enclosed garden at the rear of the property Guest access Please be aware that the entrance is via external steps and there are stairwells to each level. Communal kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden. During your stay I will arrange to be there for your arrival given prior notice. I will normally be contactable during your stay. Other things to note Parking is restricted to residents between 4.30-6.30pm. Parking vouchers are available to purchase. There is no parking directly outside of the house but there is across the street.
