Ikaria Raches Greece, Room in my House

I'm a Greek-Canadian owner of this privet home. It is located in a hillside hamlet, slightly off the beaten track. This quiet mountain village has its own charm, away from all the noise & crowds. At 640m elevation it is 3 to 4 degrees cooler than other parts of the island, which makes for a comfortable sleeping temperature. 2,50 km to the village of Christos, 7 km to Armenistis & and the largest beaches in the island, and a few steps away from a network of walking and hiking trails. The space The home was custom built just a few years ago. There are 2 separate bedrooms offered on the top floor of the house. A bathroom on this top floor is for the sole use of the people staying in these bedrooms. Each room has one double bed, (no room for a second one) keyed door and is not entered without your permission. Guest access kitchen, patio, garden ( and fresh garden produce!) common areas During your stay Upon request, I am able to provide guided hiking tours & basic dance instruction, in preparation for the many festivals around the Island. Other things to note There are many music/dance festivals in this island throughout the summer months in villages that are located on higher elevations.
