We ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors by observing quiet hours after 10pm. The space Amenities: We spent a lot of time anticipating the needs of our guests and the room includes the following: - Queen bed with new Saavta (five star rated) mattress and luxury linens, all bedding is fully washed and cleaned for each guest - 75 "LED TV with AppleTV, Netflix, Comcast for Live TV - High-speed 1GB Xfinity Internet is provided - Nest Thermostat is installed in the unit, guest has full control over temperature - Includes ceiling fan with remote control - Desk and chair provide a work space - Comfortable lounge chair and ottoman provide a place to relax and watch TV - Includes coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave (located inside the credenza under the TV) - Yoga mat and ab roller available for use - Soap is provided, as well as a hair dryer - Private bathroom includes a shower/bathtub The Area: The unit is located in the heart of Atlanta, 1.6 miles from Piedmont Park and 2 miles from Buckhead. Several bars and restaurants are a short walk away. And should you want to lounge in the Airbnb, Uber Eats and Postmates deliver as well. The Space: The Airbnb is on the ground floor of a 4 story house with a separate entrance. A private bathroom is attached and the room is secured, no access to the main house and with an inside lock on all doors for security. Guest access Guests will occupy the entire Airbnb unit, it is a self-contained one bedroom, one bath unit with a private entrance and interior locks on all doors for security. Other things to note - Parking is available in front of the Airbnb but there is not a guaranteed parking spot, as the spaces are shared by the neighborhood - There are additional parking spots elsewhere on Manchester Road or one street over on Lambert Drive ( these say resident only but you see are a resident) - Please no smoking or vaping inside or outside, the property is fully NON-SMOKING - Guests are fully responsible for all cleaning and remediation fees if any smoking occurs in or near the Airbnb - Please note that the Airbnb is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Parties are not allowed, including loud, rowdy interactions with the guests staying in the Airbnb. Any complaints from neighbors for loud behavior during quiet hours will result in being asked to vacate the Airbnb immediately. - A maximum of 2 guests are allowed in the Airbnb at any time.
