Close to large Sainsburys supermarket - Three spacious bedrooms, four large, luxury pocket sprung beds + sofa bed in the dining room (no single beds!) - Sleeps up to eight - 2 main bathrooms: Walk in shower with rainforest overhead or jet handset. Shower over bathtub. Endless powerful hot water from a 30kW combi-boiler. - Two separate WCs, ground and first floor - 2 car off street parking + EV charging. Ample roadside parking too - Fully equipped kitchen and utility room - 4 large smart TVs with Netflix, Prime other streaming services - Super fast Wifi throughout - Enclosed garden, patio furniture, BBQ - Quality consumables included The house is light and airy all day long and captures the morning noon and evening sunlight. Modern amenities provide the creature comforts of home, and thoughtful touches such as original artwork by local artists provide something to delight everyone. The house is located in the charming area of Bare, Morecambe, the house is 80 metres from a main Lancaster road and a large Sainsbury’s supermarket, and a local fish & chip shop, and half a mile from Toby Carvery. It is a mile to the beach, and the town centre, and a 39-minute drive to Lake Windermere in the Lake District. The house is set over three floors. The cozy lounge features a log burner, leather seating for four, and a large wall-mounted TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and other streaming services (on all TVs). A spacious dining room seats eight around the large, modern, solid oak table with chairs and bench seats. A Roberts radio helps create the perfect atmosphere in the room. Morning sunlight streams through patio doors which open to the patio, garden and outdoor table seating. The kitchen and utility room are fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven, Miele under-counter fridge, fridge freezer, washing machine, Miele dryer and Tassimo coffee machine. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with luxury pocket-sprung mattresses, 100% cotton bed linen and ample towels, professional hotel pillows. Window blackouts and mood lighting let you create exactly the atmosphere you want. Large screen Internet connected TVs with complimentary Netflix and Prime and usual TV apps ensure entertainment and a restful stay for families and groups. A travel cot and stair gate are also available. Bedroom 1 - super king four-poster mahogany bed (first floor), double pocket sprung with topper Bedroom 2 has a king mahogany sleigh bed Hypnos pocket sprung (first floor) Bedroom 3 has both a king bed and a double bed, both Hypnos pocket sprung (second floor) The dining room has a pull out double sofa bed (ground floor) and bedding boxes stored in the bedroom 2’s wardrobe The kitchen, bathrooms and utility are equipped with consumables such as top brand coffee pods, fresh milk, paper and cleaning products for your use during your stay. The EV charger provides complimentary off-peak charging (message and we will test charge with you beforehand. Please note that we cannot guarantee charging, however there is rarely an issue). The location is in the very nice residential area of Bare, Morecambe between upmarket Broadway which runs to the Promenade and beaches 1km and Lancaster Road, the main road (35 m) over which is a large Sainsbury's with TU, Argos, fresh and prepared foods, drinks and chilled produce, and a fish and good chip shop. The M6 motorway and Lancaster are accessible by car in minutes at 5.5km, via the Bay Gateway 1.1km. Bare Lane station is 1.3km. Guest access The whole house and garden are for your exclusive use. The driveway parks 2 cars with the rear gate set open. There is roadside parking around the house. The driveway has a complimentary EV charger (off-peak). Other things to note *Consumables For fair use during your stay. Hand & liquid soap; toilet rolls, kitchen paper, tissues; shower gel, shampoo and conditioner; laundry detergent and conditioner; dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, plastic rubbish bags, kitchen sponge. Complimentary selection of brand name Tassimo compatible coffee pods. Bottles of water are in bedrooms. For the wood stove, briquettes, kindling and firelighters are provided. Only wood / briquettes may be used. Furniture and Floors House materials generally are long lasting natural products, including solid oak floors & oak dining table & seating, mahogany beds, leather soft seating, and natural wool carpets. Bedding 100% cotton white, professional bed linen, pillows and towels. These are all 60C washed. Pillowcases are ironed. Additional blankets, pillows, towels are provided. Children Travel cot, mattress, protector and sheets; and a bed guard. Chairs - IKEA high chair - solid plastic high chair, or seat on clip-in legs for younger (missing safety strap). Garden - the house is surrounded by extensive gardens, please check for any wild animal mess before children’s play. * Ecologically friendly Tourism EPC rating C 2024 - New gas combi- boiler along with new shower room. Reinstalled cavity wall insulation and utility insulation. Dormers cement fibreboard clad. LED lighting, reinstalled double glazing. "A" rated appliances wherever possible esp. laundry. Hive Home thermostat and door security. Renewable electricity and off-set gas from Octopus & Octopus Go into 15kWh house batteries. Complimentary driveway EV charging using 7.4kW Ohme - 00:30-05:30 (approx 31 kWh). We do not guarantee a charge, however it very rarely fails. Please bring your own cable Type2 and help us perform a remote test charge after your arrival. Our off-site laundry is powered by solar panels and off-peak electricity. Our vehicles are EVs.
