Peaceful Apartment in the Heart of Portland

A stellar studio apartment in happening SE Portland. Apartment is attached to a house on a quiet dead end street. BUT... 1 block off trendy SE Division Street, and 8 blocks off SE Hawthorne Blvd. Just a couple blocks to Pinolo Gelato, Salt and Straw, Baghdad Theater and many other popular restaurants, bars and shops. On main bus line. St Parking. Apartment has a kitchenette, full bath, queen size bed, private entrance, private outdoor area, and everything needed for a relaxing stay in Portland. The space The apartment is attached to a main house. The apartment is new, private and there is sound proofing between the apartment and the main house. The property is located at the end of a dead end street, but a block off of SE Division St. So, you get the best of both worlds; a quiet place to rest and the hustle, bustle and entertainment of the city a block away. Most things in the apartment are new. It is a crisp and clean place. The bed linens are new and soft. Guest access The apartment has its own private outdoor patio area with a table, chairs, BBQ and Corn Hole, and guest are welcome to use the shared parts of the yard as well (front courtyard with table and chairs, large front yard, vegetable/herb garden in the back.) Other things to note Parking is on the street. It is usually easy to get parking right in front of the house. The is no air conditioning, but on hot days, I recommend closing the windows and the small window’s blind in the afternoon to keep the sun/heat out. If the unit is closed up and that blind is up, the apartment stays very cool. I am a single mom who lives in the main house. I have two boys ages 16 and 12 and they are with me half the time (most Mondays and Tuesdays and every other Fri, Sat, Sun.) The apartment was built with sound proofing and the boys and I are used to being quiet and respectful for whomever is staying in the apartment.
