Camping on working coffee farm

Camping in the cool mountains of northern Nicaragua on a working coffee farm. Temperatures range from 14⁰ to 33⁰ Celsius (57-91⁰ F). 8 km north of Matagalpa, 1,100 m (3,600 ft.) elevation with an amazing view of the city. Gazebo at campsite to keep you dry. 2-person tent available for rent with prior notice. 1 mile hike to Selva Negra resort. LGBTQIA+ friendly. Uphill 4 km off Matagalpa-Jinotega highway on year-round dirt road. A total of 8 km from the city of Matagalpa. Guest access Easy access campsite all for yourself. Walking trails throughout the property. Enjoy the fresh air and mountain view while you de-stress and get some exercise. Caretaker family living on the farm in separate space for 24 hour access and assistance. Other things to note This campsite rental is meant for the experienced camper. It's expected that the guest brings their camping gear and is experienced camping in the woods. I can provide a 2-person tent for an additional charge (tent only). The camping experience that I offer is to be totally in touch with nature . The gazebo is a basic amenity that will keep you dry in case of the frequent rain shower. I'm here to help you in any way to make your stay a memorable one. You won't regret it, guaranteed! 4 WD vehicle recommended due to steep road or you can hike 4km from the paved road. Public transportation available in Matagalpa and on the main highway.
