Located in Old Town Fort Collins on the Remington Bikeway, one block from Colorado State University, and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife. This is a private apartment on the second story of a charming Folk Victorian house built in 1905. It has a private entrance, private balcony, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. The family room has a queen size pull out-couch. There is a private deck but the back yard is not included. The space All the room are tastefully decorated. Guest access There is street parking in front of the house. We will get your a permit to park there during your stay. Other things to note SIZE Full disclosure, the space will feel tight when there 6 people and the bathroom is kind of really tiny. :) PARKING Parking is on the street in front of the house. We will get you "license plate permit(s)" for your vehicle(s) the day you arrive so that you can have unlimited parking and won't be subject to the 2 hour limit. LOCATION - 1 block from CSU - 11 blocks/1 mile/20 minute walk to Old Town Square TV There is a Wi-Fi-connected TV in the family room. There is no cable. You can use them to connect to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Sling, etc. if you have an account with any of these services.
