The owner lives nearby and has friends on the street — so help is close by if you need anything! The space This home features three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dedicated dining area. Each room is thoughtfully furnished to provide a relaxing, homey experience for guests. The living room offers a welcoming space to unwind, with ample seating and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The kitchen includes all the essentials for cooking and dining in, along with a coffee maker for your morning brew. All bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, including fresh linens, and closet space for your belongings. The bathrooms are clean and functional, with a shower/tub combo and fresh towels provided. Guests will also enjoy access to a quiet front porch and off-street parking. It can be easy to mistake their driveway for ours—especially at night—so double-check before parking. This home is located in a historic district, so it has a classic charm and layout — including original floors and vintage features that give it character. Please note that while updated and comfortable, it’s not a new build. The property sits on a quiet, residential street, and we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. There is off-street parking available for one vehicle, and additional street parking is typically easy to find. We live locally and have friends nearby, so we’re happy to assist quickly if any needs arise during your stay — while still respecting your privacy.
