The house is incredibly private with beautiful grounds. Located on the south shore of long island we are minutes to all the Hamptons have to offer including the beach, shopping, vineyards and restaurants. Ground floor unit with private access. Second floor is reserved for occasional owner usage. The space East Moriches is located at the start of the Hamptons and a 90 minute drive from Manhattan. Great for families with kids . There is a little league baseball field just behind the house. Restaurant and bar within walking distance. Guest access The entire first floor with private entrance is available - 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Other things to note We have just completed construction of a heated gunite pool. The pool will be closed by October 1st and reopened for the summer Memorial Day weekend.
