It's located in the center of the city walking distance to the beach with a 2.2 mile boardwalk. Enjoy the open ocean water between your toes. Or walk to the bay to see the scenic view of the city. This location is also walking distance to bars and restaurants. The space A middle size room with a full size bed. A dresser with a TV, mini fridge, coffee machine, tea items. To get to this private room of a private house it will be one and a half floors. It is located on the 2nd floor. Guest access The guest can use the shared bathroom and private balcony only. During your stay If you like your privacy or if you like to interact then my co host and I are available. Other things to note Please keep in mind there is one cat in the apartment. Please note that the listing is only the room and shared bathroom, kitchen is not to be used. Street parking only; both sides of the street is available.
