The space The home is a Victorian house in the Charlotte community, you have three bedrooms, two pull out sofas, three bathrooms, and two complete kitchens with full size appliances. You will only be a few blocks away from the Charlotte community with restaurants and bars, and a short trip to the "secret sidewalk"! Gas fireplace, game room, and small grassy picnic area are all part of this property! Guest access You have complete, unrestricted, and full access to the entire home. You will also get access to the beach, and just a couple blocks away feel free to travel to the public park with authentic antique carousel, walk the Charlotte Pier, and climb the oldest surviving lighthouse on Lake Ontario...its still working!! While in this area check out several local favorite restaurants, bars and clubs! Other things to note I will refund the $200 cleaning fee on any stay of one week (7 nights) or longer after my cleaner has confirmed the space was returned in good condition and with only normal wear and tear (no smoking and no damage to the home) Feel free to reach out with any questions! Things you may NOT like: No home is perfect, I think these are the things you may be most concerned about: The bedrooms are all located on the second floor, please note the photos, there are 13 steps to the second level, and there is a corner near the bottom of these steps....be careful coming down! The separate rear entrance is 18 steps. There is a second unit at the back of the house "Lakeside Hideaway Studio", the walls are always thinner than we'd like to think and sometimes you can hear people walking around from the kitchen or through the walls. In 1979 Foreigner released a song called "Rev on the Red Line" a line from that song reads: "Runnin all night on Lake Avenue..." which is based actual street racing in Rochester. That tradition carries on today, and Lake Avenue is just a few blocks away from your vacation home. It's not uncommon to hear cars racing by the front of your home. Watch for cars before crossing to the beach! My space is NOT available for parties. My house is in a quaint little community and I have enough respect for my neighbors that I have committed to maintaining the peaceful atmosphere of our community. Be aware that I have installed noise monitoring equipment, and any loud parties could result in your being asked to vacate without a refund.
