Striking one-bedroom guesthouse in quiet valley

The kitchen is newly renovated, with all you need to cook up a storm, and a glorious kitchen table at which to eat. Step onto the deck into the wide skies of Macedon, walk down to the grassy creek flat or across the road to the grassy woodlands of Barrm Birrm, place of many yam roots. And it is quiet. The space The guesthouse was once a cabinet maker's workshop. He wouldn't recognise the place now: an the apartment space, a large yoga room, then the bathroom, and beyond that, the studio space, 10m x 20m of Victorian Ash flooring. The property is 5 acres, so you have room to move, plus there's the adjacent bushland. I live in a small cottage 30 metres from the studio, but out of view, so we both have privacy. I've put in place what I expect when I travel: a good bed, warmth, and a fully equipped kitchen. There's a very good sound system, unlimited download on the wifi, and a TV (that I'm still learning how to use). Guest access You have the whole space to yourself. Other things to note The toilet/bathroom is 8 metres across the yoga room, and outside the heated zone. You'll find a warm dressing gown hanging in the wardrobe to keep you cosy after showering as you make the trip to and from the bedroom.
