Animals are not allowed due to health issues of the owners. At this time Earnie's place is not suitable for toddlers or young children. The space This is a two bedroom home with a garage and outdoor seating area. The living room has a Google Smart TV. The Master BR has 2 Roku Smart TVs. The Twin XL room has a Smart Fire TV. The Garage has an Insignia Smart TV. During your stay enjoy Ad Free movies and TV series. Get the "Game" no matter where it is being played! We have streaming Apps with over 17,000 channels! The garage also provide privacy for a good place to entertain, relax while you grill, sing karaoke or watch your favorite teams. There is a Mini BBQ grill, Disc Golf, Michigan Corn Hole set, 3 bicycles, dumbbell weights and other games in the garage. We ask guest to please don't park in the garage due to the weight of the vehicle on the epoxy floor causing damage. Smoking is allowed inside the garage and outside of the house. We ask that guests please properly dispose of their cigarette butts. Guest access Amazingly, you get the whole house and garage entertainment area for a reasonable price. Guests who chose to park in the garage may do so for an additional cleaning fee. It has space for the whole family to enjoy both inside and out. Guests have access to bicycles and lawn games including corn hole and disk frisbee. Karaoke machine is the property and gaming system provided upon request. Bring your boat and water toys for a fun day on the lake with access only minutes away. The local parks are in biking distance and hosts softball and ice skating. The Children's Zoo, Japanese Gardens and Old Town Pubs are all within walking or biking distance. Other things to note At this time, Earnie's Place is renovating and making up grades to the property. We are accepting bookings for stays starting in June 2025. We are only accepting stays for 5 days or longer at this time due to very high demand. We will lower the dates to fill in any gaps as we get closer to that time. If you are interested in a shorter stay, please send an inquiry or just check back at a later date. This property is located in an older, established neighborhood. Most families have live here 30 years or more. There is a market with fresh produce, meats and other items you may want within walking distance. There is also a Family Dollar, Dollar General store and two service stations in walking distance from Earnie's Place. The property managers are flexible should you need assistance. We also provide personal setups to help enhance your travel experience upon request. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, attending an event or even a more somber occasion, let us know. We will do our best to enhance your stay. Two of the active owners have health issues that prevent us from hosting animals at this time. We love our furry friends but cannot risk their health to host them. Please contact us if you have questions. Also, Earnie's Place is not suitable for toddlers or small children. We plan to make some upgrades that will allow us to be more accommodating however, there are issues that would put us at risk for hosting toddlers and young children at this time.
