Relax and calm stylish cottage loft place,just a perfect get away , yoga , walk, hiking, enjoy the fire place or swimming pool/watching the birds, beautiful nature breath a flash air , new comfortable bed , recommend for 2 guests, but can sleep up to 5 , there is a king size , a queen size, and a rollaway bed consult with you host, close to shopping stores, gas station, hospitals,culinary institutions school, 25 minutes to Little Rock and hot springs ,not for parties or events The space Is a cottage 2 bedrooms no door in the bedroom it is more Recomended for 2 person but accommodating up to 5 people is a loft Guest House sits on the back / side of the main house with a view to the pool , a private back porch with parking area next to the house to sit down and enjoy the sunsets and relax with your favorite drink, music , person , so adorable with a full size kitchen access to the pool, and jacuzzi, it is a quiet place and we want to keep quiet, not for parties or events, no loud music at the pool or in the cover porch, there is 4 another's units rentals to professional that requires their quite moments because they have add hours of work!! If use the Fire-pit please find out if there are a fire band locally first , will be allowed to share the pool, so be considered to the others guest that may be joining the pool area if the others units are rent at the same time as yours booking,thank you for helping the place enjoyable to you and your family, enjoy your stay ! Guest access They have access to back pork, pool Jacuzzi fire pit , if using the fire pit need to know if there is a fire band locally before use it Other things to note Guest are not allowed to bring anything besides they Suitcase with cloth, if you are a cyclist or do spacial sports that require big instruments it is okay to bring , NO house big items, like tv or furniture, or exotic animals like snake or animals please ! , please consult with your host first if you have any questions
