Other things to note We are located less than a 1/4 mile from Lake Texoma’s shoreline. The lake is accessible by trail near the house through public US Army Corp of Engineers property. The trail is wooded and is a little bumpy so whether you’re walking or taking the golf cart, we respectfully request that you take your time traversing down to the lake and that you are respectful of the surrounding Corp property. The beach area is secluded, but because it is owned by the Corp, it is not a private beach and it is available for public use.
