Private space within a large century home.

Third floor quarters available in century home located in historic Cleveland Heights. Includes bedroom, bathroom with shower and tub, and small lounge area. Very close to Cleveland Clinic, and University Hospitals. Renter will be provided space within the kitchen and refrigerator for food items and cooking essentials. Washer and dryer are also available for use. The space Looking for an extended stay renter only - 1 month (30 days) minimum. Renter must be comfortable with pets in the common living spaces of the home. We have 2 dogs (1 large and 1 medium-sized) and one cat. Very private and quiet space. Cleaning supplies will be provided so the renter can maintain her/his own living space. Guest access As a guest, you can enter through the back door and have direct access to a back staircase to the third floor so you move in and out of home with fair degree of privacy. During your stay We are two adult homeowners who are educators, with Monday- Friday work schedules.
