The space Welcome to LTK Ranch, a rustic retreat nestled in the scenic Arizona Strip near Cane Beds, Arizona—an ideal base camp for horse owners, ATV riders, and outdoor adventurers. Located just ¾ mile down a dirt road, this cozy ranch home offers a laid-back, man-cave atmosphere full of character, comfort, and rugged charm. The property features plenty of open parking, with ample space for ATV trailers, trucks, and horse rigs, making arrivals and departures easy for guests traveling with equipment. The kitchen area is small but well-equipped and charmingly eclectic, featuring mismatched cabinets and a fun assortment of chairs and bar stools that add personality and a relaxed ranch vibe. The dining table converts into a game table or bumper pool, and poker chips are provided to encourage friendly competition after a day on the trails. Unwind in the lounge area with comfortable chairs and a settee, or enjoy our vintage coin-operated billiards table, set to play for free—always a guest favorite. The décor is playful and full of character, showcasing antiques, classic pin-up poster replicas, deer antlers, and western memorabilia that create a distinctive man-cave theme. Please review photos carefully before booking. While families are welcome, the home is designed with a rustic, man-cave style and does not include child-specific amenities. The two bedrooms are small but comfortable, each with closets and hanging space for clothes—perfect for resting up after long days of riding or exploring. Step outside to the enclosed backyard and enjoy a private fenced patio with a table and chairs, plus a fire pit surrounded by benches made from old highway signs. Firewood is provided for stays of one week or less (weather permitting), creating a perfect spot to relax under the stars. An exterior laundry room is attached to the rental for guest use. 🐴 Horse Stalls, Arena & Riding We offer access to two 10’ x 20’ horse stalls for guests traveling with horses. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring horses and let us know how many. Guests renting stalls are responsible for feeding, caring for, and cleaning up after their horses. A dumpster is located on-site for manure and stall cleanup. Guests with horses also enjoy access to a 120’ x 200’ riding arena, ideal for exercising or warming up horses. 🏍 ATVs, Dirt Roads & Outdoor Access The surrounding Arizona Strip is known for its vast dirt road network, wide-open riding areas, and scenic desert terrain—perfect for ATVs, UTVs, and trail exploration. 🏜 Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park is nearby and a popular destination for off-road enthusiasts, offering miles of rolling dunes and unforgettable scenery. 🐾 Animals & Rural Setting LTK Ranch is an active rural property. Guests should expect to see dogs, horses, and cats, along with the normal sounds of ranch life. Coyotes may be heard howling in the evenings or early mornings, adding to the authentic country experience. 🌄 Location & Nearby Attractions LTK Ranch offers convenient access to some of the Southwest’s most iconic destinations, including: Water Canyon (guest favorite, just minutes away) Zion National Park Bryce Canyon National Park Moqui Caves Grand Canyon North Rim (seasonal) Remote routes to Toroweep (4x4 recommended) And many other off-road adventures. For dining, coffee, and supplies, Colorado City is a short drive away and features local favorites like Brother’s Bistro, Essential Coffee Co., and Bee’s Market (includes a RV dump station). Whether you’re hauling horses, towing ATVs, chasing dirt roads, or simply looking to unwind after a day outdoors, LTK Ranch offers a comfortable, character-filled home base where adventure meets relaxation. Guest access Guests have access to designated parking in front of and on the north side of the guest house, along with exclusive use of the fenced backyard, private patio, and fire pit. The owners live on the neighboring property and are available if needed, while fully respecting guests’ privacy. Other things to note The home is located approximately ¾ mile down a dirt road. Trailers, ATVs, and horse rigs are welcome. This is a rustic, man-cave–style home with eclectic décor. Please review photos carefully to ensure the space is a good fit. The home is not child-proofed and does not include infant or child-specific amenities. Bedrooms and bathroom are small but comfortable, designed for function and relaxation. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with the essentials to prepare your meals, The property is part of an active rural ranch. Guests may see dogs, horses, and cats, and should expect normal country sounds, including occasional coyotes. The private back patio features a propane fire patio table and a barbecue grill. The backyard includes a traditional fire pit (firewood provided for stays of one week or less, weather permitting). Fire pit use is subject to weather and fire restrictions. Guests bringing horses must notify us in advance and are responsible for feeding, caring for, and cleaning up after their animals. A dumpster is provided for stall cleanup. A private exterior laundry room is attached to the rental for guest use. The owners live on the neighboring property and are available if needed, while fully respecting guests’ privacy.
