Two bathrooms and two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom and three bedrooms downstairs. The game room and kitchenette are located downstairs. A door at the bottom of the stairs can provide privacy between the floors. A baby gate is kept in the upstairs hall closet. Young children should be watched carefully near the stairs. During the winter snow is common and can require chains and 4x4 to safely access. The roads from the freeway to the home are all on plow routes, but the frequency and timing of plowing can vary during storms. We will do our best to have the driveway fully cleared prior to your arrival! The home is serviced by a central heating system and upstairs central AC. There is not a downstairs AC system, but the bottom floor typically stays cool. Many homes in this area do not have any AC systems. The downstairs bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and a portable tower fan to help keep you comfortable.
