Spacious, nice cottage with a quiet location in scenic Svärtinge. Here you live next to the forest and the exercise track is just a few steps away. The cottage offers a comfortable stay at the same time and we often hear from our guests that it is easy to feel at home. :) Garden with relaxing patios. On the porch as well as in the living room, there is the possibility to warm up with a fire in the fireplace. Proximity to Norrköping, Finspång and Söderköping. Kolmården Zoo is only 25 minutes away. The space We are constantly working to improve the cottage to make your stay as pleasant as possible! 😊 New for 2025 is that we have updated the cottage with a new comfortable sofa set on the cozy porch and acquired a really good and large TV for the living room! We have also updated the bathroom with a more spacious shower area. NEW FOR 2026! We have acquired an electric moped that our guests will be able to rent. Super easy and great for 1-2 people to explore the surrounding area with! 🤩 Guest access You will have the entire cottage and the garden next to the house to yourselves, except for the basement floor (which is only used for storage by us) Other things to note - We have another house for rent with the same entrance from the road. If someone is staying in that house at the same time as you, please remember to park the cars so that you can all get out without any problems.
