The space Enjoy an early morning hike on Moab's most beautiful hiking trail, Hidden Valley Trail, which is walking distance from the townhouse. Located just off of South Hwy 191, where it is very accessible and easy to find. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town but a short 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. The Golf Course is located just 2 miles southeast of the townhouse. We welcome your furry family members! We allow two dogs. To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, we require dog parents to agree to the following Dog Policy before booking one of our dog friendly apartments. DOG POLICY: *My dog is not aggressive and is well socialized with people and other animals. *My dog is free of ticks and fleas. *My dog will be with me, under my care at all times (never left in the townhouse unattended). Crates are welcome. *My dog will be on a leash and under control when outside. *I will clean up after my dog and dispose of any waste. *I will keep my dog off of all furniture including bed, chairs, and couches and agree to bring my own dog bed. Blankets , pillows, and comforters are not to be used for dog beds (an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged for hair on furniture and/or beds). *I will assume financial responsibility for any damage, stains, or excessive pet hair caused by my dog during my stay. Guest access There are 2 spaces for vehicle parking in front of the unit. Other things to note This townhouse is NOT equipped with an oven. It has a convection microwave oven. *We require a signed Rental Agreement for all reservations.* You’ll have everything that you need to serve up your meals with utensils, plates, and cookware. We provide a starter of basic toiletries for your stay. We don’t deliver or restock additional supplies. For your convenience, you can purchase additional supplies at City Market located approximately 4 miles from the unit. NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED. Exterior Security Cameras: Angel Rock Rentals uses exterior-only cameras around the complex for guest safety and property security. No cameras record inside any unit. We have other townhouses on the property should you need them. Arches National Park is very busy from March to November. It is best to arrive early morning or make a reservation. Reservations are needed from April 3 to October 3.
