Located just a few minutes from the Joshua Tree National Park, Puerta Amarilla is a cozy spot for your Joshua Tree retreat. The home is newly remodeled and has modern amenities, making it the perfect place to unwind. Puerta Amarilla features an open concept living room/kitchen/dining area, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a spacious fenced in backyard to enjoy the beautiful high desert sunsets from. Must notify owners when booking. $50 pet fee required The space About Puerta Amarilla -We are a 5 min drive (roughly three miles) from the NORTH entrance of Joshua Tree National Park (in 29 Palms) and a 20 min drive to downtown Joshua Tree. -The interior and exterior of the house have been completely renovated. The space, cozy and airy, features midcentury modern and eclectic style and updated appliances. -The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals—a gas oven, microwave, french press, spices, and all necessary cookware. It is fully stocked with plates, glasses, cooking and serving utensils, and coffee. -The cozy living room features two couches, a 58” smart TV with Chrome Cast, and high-speed internet access. ~ There are three bedrooms— all bedrooms feature queen-sized beds with cozy lighting, and original artwork. ~ Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided for you! *We are pet friendly. Pet fee is $50 per pet. Guest access The house and property are all yours to enjoy. The driveway will easily accommodate three vehicles. Other things to note The house is equipped with mini split air conditioning that does both heat and air as well as evaporative cooling also known as a “swamp cooler”, for those hot days that are easy to use. The house also has either space heaters or baseboard heaters for every room for the rare cold days. We provide detailed instructions on how to operate all of these things in the home.
