We are located in the Center, on a street parallel to Av. Brasil. The space Our apartment is loft style, super cozy. Designed to wonderfully accommodate 2 people. All amenities close to the loft, markets, restaurants, banks, shops, bakeries. Super complete, 350 meters from the beach. We offer a quiet stay with a privileged location to do everything on foot, without the need to use a car. Fully integrated concept in a single environment with living room, dining room, kitchen, closet, bathroom and balcony. The building is simple, with few apartments and is super quiet, very family-friendly. Located on a street parallel to Avenida Brasil, yet it is quiet and with little movement. It is fully equipped with a full kitchen. It has air-conditioning (hot and cold), an integrated balcony with great circulation, custom joinery, decorative items, Wi-Fi, LED lighting, brand new appliances, such as: a refrigerator with freezer, washer and dryer, 43" Smart TV, a delicious and anatomical Togo sofa, 2-burner induction stove, microwave, airfryer, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron. * We really hope that every detail of our loft makes our guests feel affectionately welcomed. Its appeal is the region, proximity to the beach and the practicality of being at the center of everything. The condominium has no leisure areas. It has no elevator, access is by stairs, it is on the 2nd floor. Just two flights of stairs. (I estimate 25/30 steps). Other things to note * Building has no concierge. * There is no elevator. * A garage space is not available. * Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and internal premises of the building. * It is forbidden to leave garbage in the corridors. * There is no oven. * Bed linen and bath towels are available. We request care with makeup / sunscreen / tanner on the bed and bath linens that we provide as a courtesy – any damages will be charged. *** ATTENTION: We ask that when using the iron iron, disconnect immediately for the risk it offers - any damages will be charged. We offer complimentary bed and bath linens: sheets, top sheets, pillowcases, pillows, blankets, bath towels (1 per person), face towels and floor towels. PLEASE NOTE: Bed & bath linen is not restored. *** ATTENTION *** * Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, in the windows or in the hall of the Building.
