The space Backcountry A-frame is a newly constructed cabin completed in 2022. The location of this modern cabin is truly an off-the-beaten-path experience, nestled along Gore Mountain within Routt National Forest, you will experience Kremmling's rustic appeal and authentic western heritage. The surrounding wide-open public lands provides easy access to access to motorsports, hunting, hiking, camping, fishing, boating, and more. Stepping into this modern adventure retreat you'll feel a sense of calm and serenity. You'll be welcomed with expansive woodland views as you walk into the cabin. The soaring ceilings usher in the most amazing bluebird sky views. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dinning area with seating for 6 sets the stage for memorable evenings. Let the outdoors in when you get to enjoy the huge back deck with dining for 6 and outdoor lounge area. Light a fire in the solo stove and enjoy the company of friends a family around the firepit. LIVING ROOM The living area will immediately feel like home. Once you are ready to relax, make your way to these comfortable bedrooms. The lofted primary bedroom is located upstairs. The spacious bunkroom is located on the main level. * Lofted Primary Bedroom: Queen-Size Bed, Sleeps 2 * Bunk Room: Queen-Size Bunk Bed, 2 Queen Beds Sleeps 4 * Sleeper Couch: located in the Bunk Room While the cabin will sleep up to 7, we recommend a maximum of 5-6 guests to ensure your stay is pleasant and comfortable. Sleeper couch recommended for kids only, it is a very firm mattress. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh bath towels. OUTDOOR AREA A cabin like this would not shine in its best light if it did not have a private space where you can relax and enjoy the serenity and the mountain view ambiance. Relax and dine al fresco on the back patio with dining table and seating for 6. The property is situated on 6 private acres to explore. Pass Creek runs through the property. COVID-19 SANITIZATION Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee due to payment for odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
