The space Our property is located on a family-friendly, safe, suburban street, and guests will have the entire unit to themselves. You'll love your stay in our newly renovated and decorated space, which includes a comfortable bedroom with a plush mattress, three walk-in closets, and a pull-out sofa bed. Linens are provided, so you don't have to worry about packing them. Stay connected with our 43" Smart TV and high-speed WiFi, and enjoy a cup of coffee or a snack from our mini kitchenette which is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and a Keurig. We'll even provide the coffee and snacks for you! We'll make sure you're comfortable with our central heating/AC system set between 70-75 degrees but if you have any special requests, let us know, and we'll be happy to accommodate them. Please keep in mind that the guest suite is private but shares a wall with the main house, and we kindly ask our guests to respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am and to switch off lights when they leave the unit. You'll have your private entrance once you enter the main door and you'll have one parking space available on our driveway and the street in front of our property. We have two units in this property, so you'll have your own space to enjoy during your stay.
