My place is two blocks to campus, five blocks to Downtown Berkeley BART, and walkable to everything. Peet's coffee, Safeway, Andronico's, Crepevine, Guerilla Cafe, and so much more. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space This a very spacious apartment located on the ground floor of a centrally located Berkeley craftsman home. Just a few blocks north of campus, you can walk to everything. The entrance is located by walking down the home's driveway. Features a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Please note that the bathroom ceiling height is quite low at around 6 feet. There are two outdoor cats located on the property as well. The backyard and patio are there for your enjoyment but will be shared with my family above.
