Managed by Heavenly Hosts The space The home is located inside a completely fenced in compound with private driveway, parking spot and security gate. All linens, towels, dishes and cookware are provided as well as coffee, soaps and bath products. - Sleeps 6 - Master bedroom with a king bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds - Full ensuite bathroom with walk-shower + 2nd hall half bathroom - Full kitchen with a Keurig - 2 Smart TV's; 1 in living room & 1 in master bedroom - Gas BBQ grill - Outdoor fire pit, please BYO firewood - Cowboy Pool (Note: cowboy pool is not heated, it's like a mini-pool. There is no way to control temp of water.) - The Cowboy Pool is unavailable from November through the end of February, as it remains winterized during the colder months. This timeline may change depending on cold temperatures in the Hill Country area. - Fenced in yard, perfect for your fur babies! - Brand new hot tub! BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking. As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding! This home is secured with a gate that locks when you go out and come in and locks behind you. *NOTE: DO NOT leave out the front gate without knowing the code to get back in, or you will be locked out from the home entrance. Other things to note Pet fee: There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes/fees, and up to 2 pets only with a 45 lb limit. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on any furniture/beds. Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Please pick up after your pet(s). *ABSOLUTELY NO PETS IN POOL, there will be an additional cleaning fee if pets get in* - The Cowboy Pool is unavailable from November through the end of February, as it remains winterized during the colder months. This timeline may change depending on cold temperatures in the Hill Country area. - Suitable for all children/infants - Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
