Patrice and Julie welcome you to a fully renovated and equipped house in a quiet hamlet in the heart of the Limousin countryside. 70 m2 accommodation with front courtyard and rear terrace with views of nature. 12 km from the A20 motorway and 10 minutes from the nearest shops. The house includes a large living room with lounge and equipped kitchen. 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 storage room. The region offers beautiful hikes (12 Terra Aventura) and various tours and activities The space Information: we do not accept construction workers or pets. The house comprises: - a large living room with a sitting area (pellet stove, sofa, armchairs, poufs, coffee table, TV) live box with fiber optic (buried). And an equipped kitchen with oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee makers (filters + Dolce Gusto), kettle, toaster, ... complete kitchen equipment. A table with 6 chairs and a sideboard. - a 14 m2 bedroom with 1 140 bed and a 3-drawer dresser and a TV. - a 16 m2 bedroom with 1 160 bed + 1 90 bed and possibility of putting a mattress on the floor for a child and/or a baby bed. Also a large wardrobe with hanging space and storage + hangers. - duvets, pillows, blankets and mattress protectors are available. Beds are made upon arrival (with disposable covers for added hygiene). - a bathroom with a 90 cm x 110 cm shower, cabinet with sink and double drawer plus a storage column. Heated towel dryer, toilet. Also a laundry bin and hair dryer. Towels (1 small + 1 large + 1 glove) are optional: 5 euros per person per stay. - a storage room with sink and washing machine + clothes rack and pins. A toilet. Possibility to store bikes or other items. From the kitchen window door you go out onto a terrace overlooking a meadow. You have a 6-person table with 6 armchairs, an umbrella, two sun loungers, an electric barbecue with grill or plancha. Available for children and babies: - a portable crib with thick mattress, waterproof mattress protector and sheets - a chair booster - a high chair - a shower seat or ring + changing mat + potty - a baby bouncer - a folding stroller + 4-wheel baby stroller - ball, rackets, balls and children's skittles, frisbee. The property has an ironing board + steam iron. Vacuum cleaner, dustpan/broom, bucket, mop, household products. Our region offers beautiful hikes from the vacation rental as well as many tours and activities. A book will be at your disposal. Two beautiful lakes nearby for swimming with children's games, paddle boarding, pedal boats, ... and food. Other things to note: - Parties are forbidden and please let us know if you receive visitors during your stay. - You have 8 kw/day per day (which corresponds to the average electricity excluding heating). We read the meter on your arrival and departure. You will be charged extra for exceeding this amount. For the pellet stove, €7 per bag consumed. -The end of stay cleaning is optional at 40 euros, otherwise you can choose to take care of it. Household products are provided. The house must then be left as clean as it was when you arrived. - No pets allowed. - A deposit cheque of 300 euros will be required upon arrival and returned no later than 24 hours after departure after verification of the accommodation.
