The space Welcome to our Home.The entire house is yours,We Have 1 Bed Room,and if you book for 4 Adults we provide you 2 Extra Mattress. ☛ Bed Room fitted with Split AC & Queen Size Cot -Euro Top 10 Inch Spring Coil Mattress on it . Bathrooms in the flat equipped with Instant Water Heater .We provide Basic Toileteris-Towel,Soap & Tooth Paste with fresh Linen & Duvet. The house is Equipped with Full kitchen- basic Utensils ,Induction / Gas stove (Gas charges applicable) ,Kettle,Fridge ,Mixer Grinder,Cooker. (Remember to wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving.) The Living Room Fitted with 43 inch Smart TV and comfortable Couch for a relaxing day. Wifi is Free to use . The Dinning room have a spacious Dinning table & a Refrigerator. ** NO POWER BACKUP TEMPORARILY *** Airport pick up and drop can be arranged. We charge INR 1300/- for a one way trip(Sedan) visitors Not allowed inside the rooms ,Can meet at the reception / Waiting area From 9 Am to 6 pm . No extra Guest without prior intimation . Extra Guest will be charged double if not informed prior or not with ID proof. NOTE: Due to recent activity by Chennai Corporation to develop the Drainage system the roads was digged and layer with mud ,so it may be a bumpy ride in some streets still can be accessed by car & Bike .
