Two bedroom chalet with semi-private loft.

This chalét sleeps 4 adults, 2 children. Main bedroom with king size bed, has a amazing view over the lagoon and private pool. Stairs to the loft (2 single beds) leads up from this main bedroom, so it is more ideal for children. The second bedroom has a double bed. One bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. The space Our lodge is nestled under shady trees with the lagoon all around. We are situated on the opposite side of the lagoon from Biléne town. To reach us you have to travel all the way around the lagoon, 27km in a 4x4 vehicle. It takes at least an hour, maybe more. Or alternatively, we can pick you up by boat at the Biléne slipway. You leave your car in a safe area. Other things to note *BRING ALONG LIST!* Very important, are your *CAMPING CHAIRS... (our chairs are fixed) *TOWELS for Beach & swimming as well as for personal use. We supply bedding. *FOOD / snacks / sweets *DRINKS / ice / bottled water if u prefer that, from our drinkable tap water *Personal TOILETRIES / mosquito repellent *BLITZ & lighter (for making fire) / charcoal or wood (to braai) *BEACH UMBRELLA / sun screen / fishing gear / your watersport equipment (goggles/flippers) / Lilo *Personal MEDICATION *HAT / walking shoes We are VERY REMOTE. ABOUT THE LODGE : 1. *Situated* *on* *the* *opposite* *side* of the lagoon (locals refer to it as the "island") . It's either a 1 hour 30 minute drive around the lagoon, leaving from Biléne town, with a 4x4 vehicle, or a 10 minute boat trip straight across the lagoon, to us. You leave your car in a safe parking spot with car-guards, (our own vehicle is also parked there permanently) and we take you and all your luggage by boat to Shongili. 2.Once at the lodge, we can take you to town daily, at a minimal cost per trip, of MT 1500 per group.(R500) *( Fetching you on day 1 and returning you on your last day* *R500 once* *off* )* 3.We are FULLY SELF CATERING (bring along your food, drinks, ice, charcoal, blitz, toilet paper, lighter, own bath and beach-towels, camping chairs, water "toys" such as lilo, umbrella, goggles, gazebo, etc). 4.We provide a spacious room & bathroom, bedding, mosquito net, equipped lapa-kitchen, braai area, medium sized fridge, gas stove, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans. 5.We boast an informal, self help & social bar/games area, swimming pool with braai, private beach.
