The cottage has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with fireplace with dining area and kitchen, second living room with fireplace and pool table, barbecue and oven. When special occasions - birthdays, christenings, weddings and any other parties - are celebrated in the villa, the rental price is negotiable and the damage deposit is double. Guest access A damage deposit of BGN 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
