The space In the annex next to our house is the accessible 67 sqm house in the garden for YOU. It's light, with modern white furniture. There are no stairs. The floors can all be cleaned wet. You can get anywhere with a walker, which we tested. Unfortunately, it's too tight for a wheelchair driver. We don't need air conditioning here in Northern Germany. Your spaces are well insulated and don't let the heat in. In cold months, the heating provides heat. THE ENTRANCE: You enter your rooms at ground level through your frieze door with glass insert. If you are looking for something to clean, you can find it behind the mirror door of the built-in cabinet. Umbrellas for occasional use are also waiting for you. The floor in the hallway, bathroom and kitchen is tiled. THE ACCESSIBLE BATHROOM: It is equipped with floor-level shower, washing machine, toilet, high hanging sink and wall mounts. We will put in a shower chair on request. Detergent, toilet paper for the whole stay, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, a hair dryer and uncounted towels of different sizes are available on the shelves. The window has a mosquito screen. THE FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: here you will find built-in wardrobes, sink, space-saving dishwasher, extractor hood, an electric ceramic stove with 4 cooktops and below the electric oven with top and bottom heat. Opposite are other built-in wardrobes and a large fridge-freezer combination (Liebherr). Nespresso machine AND filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker and microwave make it easy for you to settle in. In the cabinets you will find pots, pans, dishes, glasses, children's dishes, cutlery, good knives, corkscrew for your evening wine (!), noodle strainer, tea towels and everything necessary for a family of 6. Here you can cook the same as at home. You will find salt, pepper, spices, capsule coffee and ground coffee, teas, pasta, rice, sugar and flour, vinegar and oil and everything to get your dishes and the kitchen clean again. The window has a mosquito net. THE LIVING ROOM 2 with three areas: here are closets for your clothes, as well as a DINING TABLE with a bench and chairs for your meals. 6 people can eat together comfortably here. The floor in living room 2 is bright design panels. YOUR WORKSPACE in LIVING ROOM 2: A small table is waiting for your laptop, a desk chair makes you work sensibly. The wifi gives you about 433 Mbps (Zoom meetings, Netflix, and Co. are not a problem). Two people can also work in parallel on the internet. Let us know if you need a second desk chair. You could also sit in the garden at the patio table and work on the laptop. The wifi is strong enough. The skylights in living room 2 can be darkened with blinds. In the alcove of LIVING ROOM 2 is a DOUBLE BED (180 x 200 cm) with 2 separate mattresses. The bed has no foot end, so it is suitable for particularly tall people. A curtain gives privacy to this area. THE SEPARATE BEDROOM: The door to the bedroom has a glass insert and can be darkened. In the bedroom there are 2 SINGLE BEDS (90 x 200 cm). If you wish, we will attach a safety gate to the bed so your child can't fall out. There is space for your clothes in two large closets. You can darken the window with mosquito screens to the terrace with an outdoor shade. Two open arch passages from living room 2 to living room 1 let in a lot of light through the garden window. You can close the arch passageways with curtains. LIVING ROOM 1: Living room 1 facing the garden has a large three-part window with low parapet facing south into the countryside. The view of the hydrangea bed is always different and great. The birdhouse attracts feathered guests. That's why we've aligned the furniture in this direction. One of the windows has a mosquito net. An outdoor roller blind darkens the room when needed. The skylight can be darkened with an indoor shade. On shelves you will find space for your belongings. Art books to browse, novels, children's books and toys, books about Schleswig-Holstein and cookbooks from the region pass you time on rainy days. A flat-screen TV (Philips, 37 inches) with satellite channels and a Fire TV stick to stream Netflix and Co., a DVD player, an Echo with Alexa function, and a portable sound system (Sony) with CD player, USB and aux connection ensure you don't lose the connection to the world. ;-) Two-seaters, armchairs, rattan high backs and yoga pads invite you to relax. The sensor bed (90 x 200 cm) looks like a day bed with many pillows during the day. It has no foot end, so it is suitable for particularly tall people. In the high white closet next to it, there is a FOLDING BED with an 86 cm wide mattress, 196 cm long. Here in the living room is a bright PVC floor. A frieze door with a glass insert leads directly to your terrace. This door can be darkened with a curtain. YOUR PAVED PATIO: It's framed by a beech hedge, rhododendrons, and box tree. A white bench, a round table with umbrella and garden chairs with upholstery invite you to have breakfast, barbecue and spend the day. If it gets too shaded in the evening, you can walk a few steps further and put your chairs in a lawn or lay on the lawn with blankets. From here you have a good view over much of the garden that we maintain ourselves. The large lawn is surrounded by perennial and rose beds and a real kink, behind which a hiking trail runs. The garden is fenced all around and surrounded by hedges, but not "roof-tight". And big dogs could jump over it in some places. Please make sure your four-legged friend doesn't run away! The nearby playground, the shaded hiking trails and the traffic-calmed surroundings are ideal for your activities together. Toys and children's books are available for all ages. Babies up to 2 years will not be charged at the booking fee. Up to 2 well-behaved ;-) DOGS are welcome to accompany you. If you want to shower your four-legged friends, you will find a garden hose outside right next to your front door. The communal garden is fenced and surrounded by hedges, but not "roof-tight". Small, agile dogs could poke through the fence. And the super large four-legged friends will definitely be able to jump over the fence. Take care of your animal yourself! No pets live in our house and on the direct neighboring properties. Unfortunately, cats cannot stay with us due to my allergy. Bicycle tours and motorcycle tours appreciate this apartment as a cozy stopover for warming up and laundry. The bikes or motorcycles are dry and airy in the carport. E-bikes can be charged at two outdoor sockets. You are welcome to use our 2 bicycles at your own risk in between. You have the chance to watch ANIMAL VISITORS around all around like deer, small red squirrels and birds in the area. At night you see bats flying over the garden in summer and sometimes a cat walks on the roof. You will certainly also have visits of insects, because this cannot be completely avoided on the ground floor despite the mosquito nets.
