As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: * A living-dining room area with sofa, TV and dining table * A separate and equipped kitchen * A balcony with table and 2 chairs The sleeping area is arranged as follows: * Bedroom 1 with a double bed of 150x200 * Bedroom 2 with two 90x190 single beds - A full bathroom with shower. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property Towels, linens, and hand soap included. The house has air conditioning and heating through 1 Split air conditioner with a heat pump in the living room. The hot water works through an 80-liter electric water heater: it is the standard amount for 4 people but it is important to know because it can run out and then, it is necessary to wait for the water heater to fill up again.
