The space 353 Amapas is a boutique condominium building located in the exclusive Amapas neighbourhood that is above the gay beach, and 5 minute walk to all the action in town. No major hills, no highway to cross. It has an amazing rooftop infinity pool and swirl pool. and gym! The condo has 1 king bed - and 2 bathrooms. ( there is a second bedroom with a small double bed) We supply the fresh, clean towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner and beach towels! It is a fully stocked condo! Hair dryers, iron, etc! If you need something and it is not there...chances are we can get it! My Co Host Crista , can answer any questions and also set you up with private boat tours to faraway places and exotic beaches! The building is centrally located just above Los Muertos Beach. The Gay Beach in Puerto Vallarta. It’s only a 5 to 10 minute walk down a quaint cobblestone street into where all the restaurants and bars are in old town. It’s a perfect location all you hear is the waves late after midnight . This is the best location to stay! Close but not too close! After 11:30 you can fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean! Guest access You have private access to the suite. It is a individual condo apartment. Guess have access to the roof top infinity pool and swirl pool, the barbeque and lounge area on the rooftop. Also a well equipped gym on the ground level. There is parking on Amapas Street. And also common parking at the highway entrance to the building. Other things to note The unit is very comfortable. The views are amazing. 2 things to note, there is only one large TV in the master bedroom, it is a smart TV, 65 inch. The bedrooms are very quiet and cool in the back of the unit. The main bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom is a full size bed, tight for 2 people but workable, perfect for 1. The unit works great for 3 people, but 4 is allowed!
