This 2 bd+2bath home is newly renovated sitting on a 5-acre land with 2 other houses on site. In a rural area and surrounded by peaceful mountain and desert views. The space Desert Environment Notice - As we are located in a rural desert area, and although we maintain regular professional pest control, it is inevitable that you may occasionally see insects or desert bugs—especially during warmer months (after all, we are in their natural habitat!). Please keep screen doors closed at all times and avoid leaving food out to help minimize this. Master bedroom: King-size bed. 2nd bedroom: Two twin-size beds. An additional 4-inch full-size tri-fold floor mattress for children or extra guests. *A Pack-N-Play will always be in the house for you to use if needed, just bring your own baby bedding for a Graco Pack-N-Play.* Laundry room: Located on the left side of the front door. Thank you very much, and enjoy your stay! Guest access Self check-in Other things to note Pets are welcome. One (1) pet is allowed per reservation with a non-refundable pet fee of $80 per stay. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture. If excessive pet hair or stains are found on couches, bedding, or other furnishings, an additional deep cleaning and pet hair removal fee of $150 will be charged. Please review our additional house rules regarding pets prior to booking. Thank you for your cooperation. Service Animals : Guests traveling with service animals must provide valid documentation to avoid pet fees. Longer Stays & Essentials : For reservations longer than five (5) days, guests are responsible for replenishing consumable items once the initial supply provided has been used. This includes, but is not limited to: paper towels, coffee, cooking oil, seasonings, dish and laundry detergent, toiletries, and trash bags. We are not a hotel and offer affordable rates as a small, local business, so we are unable to provide unlimited consumable supplies. Thank you for your understanding and support.
