Cottage in Historic Sussex Village with Hot Tub

Charming Georgian cottage in historic Sussex village with castle. Close to sea and beaches, open fields. Village is very family friendly, children's playground and local public house serving fantastic food. Perfect for a holiday. The cottage is a pretty romantic Georgian terrace cottage in a historic village with a castle. Within walking distance of open fields and the sea. Beaches are 2 mins drive and 15 minutes walk through open fields. A perfect holiday or retreat. The village has two pub restaurants and children's playground. Parking is in the church lane at the back of the house. The room is stylish with a double bed, suitable for a couple. Not suitable for children. I work at home from the lounge, so no shared lounge. There is no kitchen for guests to use - except making tea or coffee, do help yourself. I can give you plates for takeaways. There is a hot tub in the garden for your sole use at no extra charge - it's very hot and lovely - use from 12 pm until 10 pm. Costumes optional as you are alone. Guests have the whole garden to themselves - you will also have your own entrance to the house. No smoking at all in garden or house. Close to the village are the South Downs and the famous Beachy Head and Cuckmere Haven, a national park and an area of outstanding natural beauty. Glyndeborne and Charleston house, home of Virginia Woolf and Vanessa Bell are a short drive away. The closest town is Eastbourne, Brighton is 45 mins drive, with all the attractions the city has to offer. Pevensey and Western has good rail links to London, Eastbourne and Brighton. The pricing is by room.Tea and coffee are available within the price for the room, do help yourself. If you want to use the Kitchen - do let me know. I normally live at the property, I have a busy life, but happy to help in any way.
