Fully remodeled, brand new appliances, extremely clean, and less than 8 miles from Anna Maria Island! Close to GT Bray Park, IMG Academy, and Pinebrook Ironwood Golf Course. The yard is beautifully landscaped, and the pool is partially shaded. Guest access Entire home, pool, fenced backyard, grill, washer/dryer, one-car garage. Other things to note We keep the pool heater set to 84 degrees as a happy medium so it’s comfortable for day and night swims (From November 1st through April 1st each year). We can’t guarantee this temperature 24/7 since it is largely dependent on the weather outside, and it can fluctuate. Our professional pool crew handles all maintenance and temperature changes, so let us know if you have a request and we will do our best to accommodate! Lastly, Manatee county requires a passthrough 6% Tourist Tax, which will be included in your total at checkout.
