This family detached home is perfectly situated in a premium road in Sidmouth. It is opposite the Byes Riverside Park, offering a delightful 15-20 minute walk along the river to the town and beach. The garden has a patio with seating and a lawn area with table tennis table. Inside is spacious accommodation including a downstairs twin bedroom with its own bathroom as well as 2 upstairs bedrooms (1 queen-sized double, 1 small double) and further bathroom. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped. The space The house is homely rather than chic. Its comfortable lounge has a TV and 2 sofas. Plenty of books to read and games to play. There is off-road parking for two cars on the drive, as well as free parking in the road. The location is delightfully quiet, yet close to the town. Guest access There are 3 rooms which are locked but the rest of the house is fully accessible. Please feel free to make use of the garden, patio tables and chairs, and table tennis table. The downstairs twin bedroom would not be suitable for young children unless accompanied by an adult as it’s in a separate part of the house to the upstairs bedrooms. If you are lucky enough to be here in the summer months, please help yourself to our home grown produce: courgettes, runner beans, dwarf beans, tomatoes and late summer there are raspberries and apples. Other things to note Please note that the house is in a very quiet residential area so not suitable for parties.
