We have this lovely holiday Lodge available for all types of guests. Located just outside the historic city of Chichester, this holiday park probably has more water than land!This means 10 large fishing lakes set in over 150 acres of beautiful Sussex countryside, yet positioned only a few miles from the beach. Goodwood is just up the road too! Small family parties are allowed with consideration towards the neighbours. 2 Parking spaces on the drive. Wifi + BBQ + Pets allowed (charges apply) The space The brand-new entertainment center includes a bar with an outdoor terrace overlooking the lake. It has a variety of dining options and is a great place for meeting other holiday guests during your stay. It's also adjacent to a freshly built swimming pool so close enough for a refreshing dip between beverages. Passes to access the swimming pool can be provided at the reception. The park is also handily situated just 15 minutes from (amongst other venues) The Goodwood Estate, which aside from horseracing or golf hosts some popular venues such as a 'Festival of Speed' or Goodwood Revival'. Should you enjoy a trip to the beach, you have a pleasant drive to the popular south coast resort of Brighton or the Blue Flag beach at West Wittering. Chichester Lakeside is a great Sussex destination that you should not regret visiting. OUR PET RULES: STRICLY no leaving your pets alone at the caravan applies at our home. We had a number of pets causing damage last year when left alone. Please make sure that they are kept off of all furniture and carpet is protected from mud or accidents. We may need to apply additional charges for carpet/furniture washing, if otherwise. This is not included in your booking price. ***Additional Sofabed charges***** As a standard, our caravan can offer a double bed and two single beds for up to 4 guests. The sofabed is an additional sleeping space not normally prepared and bedding can be provided, if needed, up to 4 guests for an additional charge of £20. Guest bookings for more than 4 people have this charge automatically applied. Please advise us of this before your stay, so that we can ensure this is ready for when you arrive. ***Pets Charges*** If you bring pets with you, there is an additional charge that applies per booking, depending on the length of your stay; Up to 7 nights - £30 (per stay) more than 7 nights - £40 (per stay)
