Spacious Master room designed for AirBnb guests. Tastefully decorated with a King sized bed, and space for travellers to enjoy. Offering a clean, friendly and easy-going experience. You get clean towels and your own set of keys so you can come and go as you please. Private off road parking and check in is from 4pm with no limit nor is there a night time curfew. The space The room is away from the road so is lovely and quiet, and has a: King size bed/Wardrobe/Sofa TV/Hairdryer/Towels It's a Detached bungalow. Very close to the A27, so great for commuters to the Worthing area or Gatwick. Southwick Train station is a 2 minute drive/15 min walk. Trains to Brighton take less than 15 mins. Buses run regularly to Brighton. About 40 mins to get there depending on time of day, and there is a bus stop just a few minutes walk away. Guest access There is a good sized back garden and patio. Large kitchen & breakfast bar which is fully stocked with utensils. fridge/freezer/cupboard space so you can cook. If you wish Parking is free. The facilities are shared and the toilet is separate from the bathroom. Whilst the property is a ground floor bungalow and all on one level. There is a small step to enter the front door, as well as 2 steps into the back patio to exit the property at the rear, as the house is on an gradient. As these are the fire exits for the property it may be difficult for some people, with specific disabilities, vulnerable people, or children to exit during an emergency.
