Peaceful home surrounded by an acre+ of Oaks, Magnolia, Pines, Palms &more. Feels far away yet it’s close to everything. The 45x18 screened in porch is delightful most days Hammocks, fire pit, lots of sun or shade. Inside 3/2 has 2 new smart flat screens, well equipped kitchen, and a comfy home. A new Purple mattress with motion frame and control of your room temperature makes for good rest. Bullet blender, juicer, seltzer maker, gas grill, rice maker, & several games including Horse-Shoes. Cool alternative to the Spring and Summer of hot and sticky Florida exists. When the weather starts getting too hot, NW Central FL has cool 72* springs running 24/7 and you can play. The canopy of leaves at the house keeps the yard 10-12 degrees cooler than the street. Go out to play at any of the springs, Weeki Wachee, Rainbow river, Crystal River, and the other local, springs, rivers, lakes and of course the Gulf of Mexico is a beautiful body of water to to swim, boat, fish, and keep you cool. The yard’s canopy keeps the temperature down 10-15 degrees on Spring and Summer days. The house is on 1.5 private acres of wooded acreage with another acre abutting the other side of a small gully that can also be be wandered. In the evening enjoy a nice fire pit, sit around and toast some marshmallows. If traveling with kids camping out could be cool even if only on the screened in porch. Enjoy a month or more! Inside you’ll find a 3/2 split, 2 bedrooms and a bath on one side and primary bedroom with bath on the other. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. 2 have queen beds, one is set up as an exercise/office but has a premium queen air-mattress with backrest. Kitchen is fully equipped, even has paper bendable straws and a rice maker and a seltzer maker. Out door there is a gas grill, and I cook and we eat around the open fire occasionally, 2 hammocks can be hung between any two trees, there 2 chaises 2 antigravity lounges, and lots of other in/outdoor chairs. Forrest bathing is very healthy and relaxing we cross into the other lot for that. The water is cold clean spring fed well water. There’s a Pur filter if you prefer. If you get the 2.5 or 5 gallon there is a re-chargeable pump for the bottle. Bird watching is wonderful and we have an owl family across the street they visit, and so do huge woodpeckers. The entire home If anything arises and you need information or there is an emergency call me and I will work on it immediately. The neighborhood is quiet agricultural/ residential in the hills filled with trees. Cows, horses, ducks, goats and chickens are part of the neighborhood. Most lots are over 2 acres + with some over 20, keeping a pastoral view alive. There are several beautiful walking preserves in the neighborhood. It is a Bird watchers paradise, with a large selection of birds stopping there during migration. A car is needed for shopping but within 10-15 minutes most big box and grocery stores are there. Downtown is 10 minutes away and a beautiful drive through what looks like an oak tunnel. It is a sweet downtown and the seat of government for the county. Weeki Wachee springs and river is 20 minutes and Hernando Co. gulf beaches are 25-30 min. and many more within an hour. Beautiful paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, swimming, manatees & mermaids all within 30 minutes. 7 golf courses in Brooksville and 27 in the surrounding area. Or just set up hammocks in the yard and listen to the birds. With larger lots there is no issue with parking and I’ve always found spots downtown which helps as it is a driving town.
