The space Are you an early riser? Indulge in the provided coffee and gaze at the beautiful mountain view from your own private deck! If you're not, we've got you covered! You still have a great view from the bedside! Downtown Blowing Rock - 10 min Downtown Boone - 15 min Blue Ridge Parkway - 3 min Tweetsie Railroad - 8 min Mystery Hill - 6 min App Ski Mountain - 10 min Bass Lake - 13 min Trout Lake - 12 min Hiking Trails - 12 min or less! You could ask for a better location than this! You'll be right in the middle of everything. Guest access The home is a duplex so there are some common areas. The top of the home is strictly off limits and the lower part of the home is where you'll be staying! Both levels are connected with an interior staircase that is locked on both sides. The only common area is the driveway. We do ask that all guests park on the left side of the driveway to allow everyone else to come and go without having to bother you! Other things to note As this is a duplex, you may hear noises above you at times. The driveway is level so 4x4 vehicles are only required when snowing. The driveway does get plowed once a day when it snows more than 3". The driveway can be plowed more often if needed!
