Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The Lodge on Standard is located in downtown Hornell on a quite and private road. Alstom 1.5 mi, Alfred U/College 11mi, and Keuka Lake wineries 30mi. Wind farms range 30+- mi. Restaurants and pubs in Hornell close by. Four guests are welcome in the first floor unit. The Lodge offers a full bed, a queen pullout, 1.5 baths and a full new kitchen. Perfect for windmill workers, Dr.’s and traveling RN’s. This unit carries an animal exemption. The space The Lodge on Standard is located on the ground floor of an eight unit apartment building (five airbnb’s and three long term units). There is plenty of parking for cars, trucks and trailers. There is a shared coin operated washer and dryer in an unfinished shop area that is shared with one long term tenant. Please be courteous to our tenant by switching and removing laundry promptly. Unit number seven (7) is where you will be staying. The Lodge has a full size stocked kitchen and dining table, living room with queen pullout couch and a wall mounted smart tv. A ladder desk for working is also in the living room. There is another Roku flat screen in the bedroom. There is a half bath between the bedroom and living room. The full size bath with tub is off the kitchen. A stocked picnic basket is now available to use for adventures at the local state parks. Enjoy! Guest access Guests staying at The Lodge on Standard will have full access to the unit and the buildings shop area where the shared coin operated washer and dryer are located. There are two designated parking spots for The Lodge which are plenty big enough for trailers, if needed. Other things to note Our building is a no smoking facility. Guests and tenants can smoke outside and in the parking areas. A smoking fee will be added if a guest smokes inside the unit. We also ask no parties or gatherings are held in The Lodge. Most of our tenants work full time and we expect our guests and tenants to be respectful of each other. Please add all guests to the reservation.
