The space Rural Delight by Tiny Away is located in Ohaupo- Waikato Region, just 19 minutes from Hamilton and an hour's drive from Auckland. Nearby Waitomo Caves Tours, Bridal Veil Falls, Blueberry Country, and Hamilton Gardens are just a few attractions in the area. A beautiful 139-square-foot tiny home situated in one of the best tiny house rentals in New Zealand with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use. We offer drinkable filtered water in a 1.5-liter kettle and provide one-liter bottled water in the fridge for your convenience. Please note that tap water is suitable for use in washing dishes and for showering purposes only. If you plan to spend your holiday homes NZ retreat here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food during your stay with us. Thank you! Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas. If you are interested, we also have rental bikes available for guest use. Other things to note - Mobile reception is good - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - No smoking inside the tiny home, except in designated areas - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
